Custom Size Order
We will make the perfect size for you.
We accept two types of orders: semi-custom, which requires minor adjustments, and full custom, which is tailored to your body shape.
Semi Order
Please select the product you would like to order,
then choose the size that most closely matches your body shape.
Kiyah offers minor semi-custom adjustments for:
• Sleeve Length
• Back Length
• Inseam (Long John only)
If you would like size adjustments,
please add the appropriate Adjustment Fee to your cart together with your wetsuit.
Please also write your requested adjustment areas
[sleeve length / back length / inseam]
and the measurements in inches or centimeters in the
“Add order note” section at checkout.
Semi Custom Adjustment Fees
✦ Semi-Custom Adjustment Fee $20
1 adjustment area / within 1 inch (2.5 cm)
✦ Semi-Custom Adjustment Fee $30
1 adjustment area / over 1 inch (2.5 cm)
※If you would like adjustments in 2 or more areas,
please add an additional Adjustment Fee for each adjustment area.
HOW TO MEASURE
• Sleeve Length
Measured from the center of the neck (cervical spine), over the shoulder, down to the wrist
• Back Length
Measured from the center of the neck (cervical spine) down to your preferred hem length
• Inseam
Measured from the crotch down to the ankle
About Split Sizing Orders ($40)
If you would like different sizes for the top and bottom portions of your wetsuit,
please add the “Split Sizing Fee ($40)” to your cart together with your wetsuit.
Split sizing is available for one-size difference combinations only.
Examples:
• Top 6 / Bottom 4
• Top 2 / Bottom 4
• Top 6 / Bottom 8
Please write your requested split sizing details in the “Add order note” section at checkout.
Full Order
Please select the item you would like to order.
For full orders, please select "Custom order" in the size field.
Please also add the “Full Custom Adjustment Fee ($80)” to your cart together with your wetsuit.
An order form will be sent to your email address after your purchase.
Please download the order sheet you received via email, print it out, and fill in each measurement.
Please take a photo of the completed order sheet so that the entire sheet fills the screen,
and send it back to us.
Important
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS for semi-custom or full custom orders.
All custom orders are made based on your requested measurements.
Please be sure to review your measurements carefully before placing your order.
Production will begin after we confirm your measurements.
